Cosplay Help - Backstitching

New to using a sewing machine you may still be starting and ending with extra thread and then tie a knot. A better way is when you start sew forward two to three stitches, put your machine in reverse and sew back one or two then go forward until your done. Do this to both ends and it will securely hold in place. Just cut off the extra thread and your done!
